Technical Workshop (Climb Oz - Sydney)

If you have been climbing for 6-8 months and feel that you are at a lost of how to move on with your climbing or you have hit a plateau, this 3 hours workshop is for you. During this 3 hours, our trainers will teach you climbing techniques that will help bring you to the next level. Understand how to use your strength and techniques to become a better climber. 

You will need to know some basic techniques such as crossing hands, matching hands, crossing legs, matching legs, drop knees, flagging, twisting and frontal movements. If you are not familiar with these techniques, you may want to consider booking in to our Fundamental Class first.
