Class Cancellation Policy

Grit Cancellation/ No show policy for Grit Private Classes/ Workshops

- With >3 days notice, 100% refund in credit.

- With >24h notice and a medical certificate produced, 100% refund in credit.

- Credits can be used for future private coaching sessions/ workshops with Grit Climbing.
- Otherwise, with <3 days notice or no show, no refund will be provided.

- Exceptions could be made at Grit's discretion with considerations of extenuating circumstances.

- We may update this policy in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Grit Cancellation/ No show policy for Grit Youth Team Term Classes

- With >3 days notice, 100% full refund in credit for up to 10% of sessions (i.e. if you have 20 sessions booked in, you can have 2 in full refund).

- With >12h notice and a medical certificate produced, 100% full refund in credit.

- Credits can be used for future term coaching sessions with Grit Climbing.
- Otherwise, with <3 days notice or no show, no refund will be provided.

- Number of refundable sessions will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.

- Refund for sessions beyond 10% of term will be at Grit's discretion with considerations of extenuating circumstances.

- Upon commencement of the youth's 1st session, all term sign ups are final and subjected to this cancellation policy.

- We may update this policy in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
