This workshop is design for climbers who has been climbing for over 6 months or have hit a plateau (v3 - v5) in their climbing. If you are struggling to climb grades between 4 to 6 at Betaone Bouldering, this workshop is for you.

About the event
If you have been climbing for 6-8 months and feel that you are at a lost of how to move on with your climbing or you have hit a plateau, this 3 hours workshop is for you.
During this 3 hours, our trainers will teach you climbing techniques that will help bring you to the next level. Understand how to use your strength and techniques to become a better climber.
Workshop Schedule
700pm - 745pm : Climbing theory/concepts, range of movements and injury prevention
745pm - 815pm : Warming up exercise
815pm - 900pm : Applying climbing concepts on the wall

This ticket is used for the Technique Workshop at Betaone Bouldering on the (7pm - 10pm) on the 3rd of March 2022. Ticket do not include Gym Entry and Gear hire.
