About the event
If you have been climbing for 6-8 months and feel that you are at a lost of how to move on with your climbing or you have hit a plateau, this 3 hours workshop is for you.
During this 3 hours, our trainers will teach you climbing techniques that will help bring you to the next level. Understand how to use your strength and techniques to become a better climber.
Workshop Schedule
700pm - 745pm : Climbing theory/concepts and injury prevention
745pm - 815pm : Warming up exercise
815pm - 900pm : Applying climbing concepts on the wall

This ticket is used for the Technique Workshop at 9 Degrees Waterloo on the 28th of Sept 2022 (7pm - 10pm). Ticket do not include Gym Entry and Gear hire.
